Online sales terms and conditions

By registering for the event, the Customer accepts the conditions for participating in trade fairs and conferences, which are set out in the COVID-19 public health emergency regulations in force when the event is held.

Cesena Fiera S.p.A. is the organiser and as such also decides on all aspects and procedures regarding the sale of the exhibition packages, since it is also a taxable entity and is therefore entitled to issue an invoice and collect the amounts due.

To participate in the event, the Customer will need to register on the website www.cherrysymposium.com.   The Entrance Ticket cannot be sold against payment, nor can it be the subject of intermediation.

To purchase the exhibition package, the Customer may use one of the following payment methods: PayPal or bank transfer.
Transactions are absolutely secure and use highly secure protocols.
If bank transfer is the specified payment method, Cesena Fiera will provide the Customer – once the transaction request has been received – with the IBAN for payment, which must necessarily be made within the specified deadline.

Payment authorisation for the Advanced Training Session will only be given after the enrolment form has been approved by the scientific committee.

For each successfully completed transaction, a notification that the transaction has gone through will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer during registration. Each communication contains all the details of the event and of the package chosen, the payment method and delivery details, the Customer’s details, and a specific order code for each transaction, which indicates which transaction it is. The Customer must keep a copy of the confirmation e-mail.

If the Customer decides to cancel his/her participation in the event, the latter will only be reimbursed if notice of cancellation is given at least 30 days before the start of the event. In some cases, upon request and for good reason, the organiser may nevertheless decide to give the customer a refund for the amount paid. If the event is cancelled due to the measures put in place by the health authorities, the Customer may request a refund for the amount paid.
